Huldra
Midgard's vengeance given form, these creatures were made in Fenrir's laboratories, escaped technological beasts reasserting their will to live. The Huldra are driven by the frozen hatred they feel for the world that forced their birth.
Sóttar
Intimately connected with Niflheimr, the Sóttar were once tasked by the Aesir to carry the souls of those who had died from sickness to the lands of the dead. This task, once noble and divine, has done nothing to stop their gradual degradation into beasts of death and decay, appearing at the epicentres of viral outbreaks.
Spriggan
Nature's wrath given form, the Spriggan have hunted humans for all recorded history. Unlike many other creatures of Midgard, the Spriggan are not ravaging brutes, instead favouring natural stealth and cunning.
Fossegrimmen
These vicious shapeshifters live within the waters of Midgard. Although their elders remain deep within the murky depths, younger Fossegrimmen have been known to hunt humanity from the rivers in the city's outer districts.
Trolls
Living from and for hunting, the Trolls' regenerative features make them immensely valuable to Fenrir's Research and Development programmes. Younger trolls are more susceptible to being captured, and their clan elders launch devastating attacks against Fenrir installations across Midgard to rescue them.
