Keiren is a prosperous and relatively peaceful settlement in the Kingdom of Orbaal. It is the seat of Clan Galbart, whose pretensions to power have never come to pass. The ruling Ivinians generally treat their Jarin subjects fairly, and the town has faced little of the strife that has plagued other domains. However, with a new and unproven generation in charge, a clash between brothers could change the Galbarts' fortunes, for better or worse.
This article describes the settlement's history, government, religion, economics, and military forces. It includes color GM and player maps of the settlement and brief descriptions of many local craftsmen and other locations in the town. Floor plans and detailed descriptions are provided for the castle.
